Our first session is a dive into your story—your current challenges, past experiences, and hopes for the future. We’ll explore treatment options, including medication and non-medication approaches. You’ll walk away with a plan that feels right for you.

Follow-up visits are where we check in, assess progress, and make adjustments as needed. I include brief supportive counseling in most sessions and am always happy to offer education, resources, or referrals to long-term therapy if you need more support.

We prioritize your healing. In order to give you the best possible outcome, we strive to make things go as smooth as possible through facilitating insurance and cash/private pay appointment, catering to your busy life (as much as possible!), offer quick online booking, have a secure client portal with messaging and records, and offer coordinated care with your therapists or primary care provider if needed. All this to say, we’re always on your side.
