In-Network Insurance

If we accept your insurance, you can schedule with us through Headway

Headway can verify your benefits typically between  3–5 days, and inform you of your expected copay amount, and direct you to our online scheduling platform to book an appointment.

How it works

  2. Headway checks benefits (typically 3–5 days).
  3. You see your copay/coinsurance before the visit. Card on file is charged after your session.

  • Any pre-auth or referral requirements

  • We’ll coordinate billing through Headway so you can focus on care.

Step-by-Step instructions to book with us through Headway:

  1. Create/verify your Headway account (add insurance + payment method).
  2. They will verify your benefits – typically takes  3–5 days.
  3. Headway will then email notify you about 1) your copay amount and 2) invite you to schedule our first session together.
  4. Last step: we’ll email you asking for your consent to our standard terms & agreement. We kindly ask these signed within 48 hours of our first appointment.

Out of Network Insurance (OON)

Use our insurance verifier through Reimbursify to see your likely reimbursement

  • You can see us even if we’re not on your insurance panel.
  • You pay us at the time of service; we give you a superbill (a receipt).
  • You submit the superbill to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
  • Faster access and longer, unhurried visits
  • Care plans shaped by your goals—not plan limits
  • You keep more privacy (fewer insurer requirements)
  • Many plans reimburse ~60–80% after your OON deductible is met.
  • Reimbursement is based on your plan’s rules and “allowed amounts.”

Private Pay
(Out of Pocket)

  • This is the fastest and easiest route to be seen, without having to wait for insurance verification or deductible inquiry
  • Avoid long waitlists through insurance to see a psychiatrist for refills, dosage changes, etc.
  • Many insurance providers offer limited or no coverage of integrated holistic care
 
  • Prompt access and longer, unhurried sessions 
  • Privacy (minimal data sharing with insurers)
  • Flexibility in follow-up cadence and care planning
  1. Book your visit (intake or follow-up) directly from our website. This will lead you to our Hippa-compliant patient messaging platform through IntakeQ. You will be invited to create a profile to fill out our Wanderlust terms & agreement consent forms. This platform is also used to schedule new appointments with us.
  2. Pay at time of service (same flat rate as other paths).
  3. Receive a receipt; if you have OON benefits, you can request a superbill to self-submit.
